The most unpleasant branch of Ukrposhta in the city in terms of the quality of service, very often the operator is not present, you always wait for someone to be found from the staff to issue parcels, the staff "switches the arrows" from employee to employee; long service of visitors, the operator is not interested in high-quality and fast service, for them it is a duty; once they took more money for the parcel, the parcel is stored for free for 7 days, and they counted free five days, for the remaining 2 days they took a penalty and issued a non-fiscal check - thus, the staff earns additional bonuses for themselves. The amount is relatively small, it’s not a pity, it offends and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste the very fact of deception on the part of Ukrposhta! This situation, I'm sure, is not a one-time! Check everything in detail and protect your rights.

I must say that what is written in the reviews is partly true. But now the department is changing for the better. Large work schedule, new furniture (partially), staff began to work faster.

Compared with the new mail, Ukrposhta loses in all respects! Service is at 0, the interior of the department is minus 5, there is no desire to go there, eternal queues, eternal problems (

Ukrposhta, as always in its repertoire. Instead of paying people a big salary, warming the premises, making at least some repairs, the management raises the prices for delivery and nothing more. There would be an opportunity, I would not go there.
