Nothing interesting. The old SOVIET base, the teachers mostly ALSO come from the scoop, everything is already crumbling. Almost nothing new. The approaches are the same. Graduates also know little about the theory of the 70s. Everyone knows that almost no one will work in their specialty.

Once he studied at this technical school. Memories are only positive! But that was at the very beginning of the 90s. Then the time was different. Even communism was making its last "sighs" ... The teaching staff was just excellent - they taught really "real"! There was a "circle" of small-caliber rifle shooting at the technical school, where, by the way, I achieved very good results (CCM). memories....
