We would like to share our impressions, we really liked the service of this pizzeria, very prompt, tasty and pleasant administrator who took orders. We live in another city, but we managed to remotely order and please our loved ones. Thank you for your work!

Tasty and relatively inexpensive. Stylish. Nice music in a large hall.

I liked the pizza, especially the dough, prepared quickly. Prices are slightly above average, but the hall smells strongly of kitchen.

Very long service, they can't cook. I ordered a Greek salad but the salad came out sour, it was poured with vinegar, asked to remake it, but they brought the same salad.

I ordered a set of rolls and pizza today. After ordering about 10 minutes, no one called back, I had to call myself. The operator asked to add a bottle of wine to the order, as there is no such option on the site. I also wanted to choose a dessert, but I never found them on the menu. They said that delivery will be within an hour. As a result, we received the order only after an hour and a half. Dishes, especially rolls, were very different from what the picture on the site promised. Visually, fish were 2 times smaller, and rice 3 times larger than expected. The operator assured that everything is there in grams and everything is honest. It’s just a “mistake” - supposedly, the rolls were twisted incorrectly. I haven’t tried it, because ordered not for myself. Therefore, it is not known what is there with the quality of the products. Total cons: - everything is very long (you can at least warn that it will take a long time to prepare) - non-functional site (partial menu - only some types of pizza and rolls, there is no way to pay by card, reviews, some pictures, etc.) - the instagram menu is also not convenient, without pictures and partially without prices - the finished dish does not match the picture - no service. After my remarks about the late order and the discrepancy between the actual type of the product and the expected one, the operator entered into a polemic with me and only after much debate and proof of my wrong apologized. There are no questions to the employee. Questions for the administration, which is not able to teach subordinates correctly and efficiently handle problem situations and fulfill orders. Pros: ??? It is a pity that in Druzhkovka there is not a single normal institution that would not cause disappointment from the first order. Of course, I can not recommend this institution.
