The whisper recognition test was carried out, due to the lack of free space (the office is located in the balcony of a simple apartment), through an open balcony door and a double-glazed window of plastic windows (which itself is noise-insulating), as a result, whisper recognition in such conditions turned out to be similar at a distance of 65 cm a test in another clinic in a normal office showed the result of whisper recognition at a distance of 6 meters, that is, many times more! In fact, for my own money, they made me a disabled person! And the diagnosis is indicated accordingly! Some kind of hearing loss, although I can hear, in principle, normal! The staff is kind of inadequate. It is impossible to contact the owner or management of this establishment! Never will I use the services of this "clinic" !!!!! And I do not advise you. If there is an owner or manager of this institution who is not afraid of communicating with clients of his institution, please indicate contact information. But I can hear whispering speech at a distance of at least 4 meters !!!!! And if the test for whisper speech was carried out with a violation, then how can you be sure that the entire audiogram is carried out without violations ??? !!! This is not the level of a paid clinic, and even in an ordinary clinic, I do not know of examples of such a thing. Who do I communicate with? Please introduce yourself. It happens when there are a lot of people, even there is nowhere to hang things, the corridor is tiny, there’s nowhere to even sit down, stumble. Prices are slightly overpriced.
