I DO NOT ADVISE TO USE THIS CARRIER !!! The buses, which are designed for 18 seats (16 passenger), are very inconvenient and often break down on the way. They are not equipped with air conditioning !!! On the last 3 rows, it is not possible to recline the back of the chair !!! And the last 4 places are generally HORROR !!! People jump to the ceiling !!! When the hatches are open, the air flow makes a very loud noise, which blows some from the place, while others are stuffy. Under such conditions, the presence of a TV in the cabin loses its meaning, because nothing is heard. I advise you to ask, when booking, how many seats are on the bus? Small buses from the carrier are good and comfortable, and the big ones are SCRAP !!!

Shame and shame on such carriers !!! We booked a trip to Lazarevskoye on September 7, called up beforehand, everything was fine. But on the day of departure, or rather two hours before, when things are collected, they call us and say that the trip is canceled !!! How is this possible?! Are you kidding me?! This is incompetence, unprofessionalism, dishonesty, I don’t know what else to call your act !!!!! Spoiled vacation, spoiled nerves, spoiled mood !!!!! You are shameless, irresponsible and dishonest !!! I will definitely tell everyone about your attitude towards passengers and will not recommend it in any case !!! It sucks and shame on you !!! All this will be returned to you !!!

I have been using the services of Kayot since 2015, I always left at the scheduled time, thank you for organizing trips! Today I want to thank the driver Konstantin, who drove from Donetsk to Belgorod on March 2, 2020, for his professionalism in his field. His attention to the passengers is beyond praise, he did everything to make the trip comfortable and safe for each of us, and passed it on to everyone! Nowadays it is a great happiness to meet such people!

Terrible rudeness! They answer as if we are asking them to take them to the desired location for free. I don't know who writes positive reviews. With this attitude, from the very beginning I am afraid to imagine what might be on the road.

I would like to express my gratitude to the driver of the Donetsk-Sochi flight! We arrived very quickly !!! The driver drove accurately and professionally, even along the serpentine! Price = quality I recommend to everyone!
