But this is not the only negative. Interior. Purely, simply, positively with a bias in European and Japanese rational minimalism. Bright, bright, many decisions are dictated by the concept. For example, waiting for an order in the hall, you can observe the work of the kitchen through a glass wall. A lot of monitors, posters with promotions and offers. Cleanliness, by the way, is ideal not only in the hall, but also in the kitchen. Kitchen. Frankly weak with an obviously overestimated price tag and exactly the opposite positioning. I don’t know how for anyone, but for me pizza is not just a name and not a line of business, but a specific dish of Italian cuisine, which implies, first of all, a certain grade and characteristics of flour. The furnace, of course, also matters. The “pizza” dough that was prepared for me, firstly, did not differ from the scones from an anonymous stall in the passage, and secondly, it was raw inside and unevenly baked (which also indicates a low quality of flour). Cheese and ingredients are also of low cost and quality. And most importantly - the price tag does not closely match the quality. This is the price level, albeit not untwisted, but the network. But still. Since this pizza was not delivered within the required time, I also went for scrap. This network is thinking about expanding, not radiating the quality of its raw materials. Although GoodCity sends its technologists on business trips. The problem is that obvious improvements, as a consumer, are not noticeable. The question to the founder - “Why pay more?” - I send technologists on such expensive business trips. But in reality, "The consumer eats raw pizza." Service. Rather, his absence. Quick - everything, as it is written on the site, is just the opposite. It is not something that could tell, recommend, explain anything: the menu consists of only pizzas, sushi, first courses, second courses - more than dozens of varieties - you have to ask basic things. There were no more staff in the hall during my visit. The boorish behavior of the waiters was also observed. Not to mention the fact that you are waiting for this waiter for 15-20 minutes (they do not respond to the button to call the waiter). Atmosphere. It is untwisted, pretty, curious, comfortable, but tasteless. I understand that this is a cafe or restaurant, however, it resembles fast food, but theory and practice are very different in cuisine and service.
