We ordered an oven, a hob and a cooker hood on August 20, 2020 in a store in Mariupol on Mira Ave. The date of receipt of the order in the store is August 23, 2020. The order did not arrive at the appointed time, and SMS notifications did not arrive. After repeated calls to the hotline, no one could explain the reason for the delay in the order. Most importantly, there was a 100% prepayment in the store on the day of order. In the store itself, no one could give a clear answer why there was a delay and when the goods would arrive from the warehouse. As a result, only on August 28, 2020, a week later, we were told that the oven was out of stock and the goods could not be received by us, the hob came with scratches on the enamel, there was no component fastener in the hood, which is why we had to refuse to receive defective goods. No apologies, just the indifferent behavior of the manager and all the salespeople. Nobody is interested in clients, money is paid to someone who is not clear and why. Why take an advance payment if the store is not sure if the goods are in stock. Extremely unhappy with the service!
