I want to share feedback on the work of this flower salon. My daughter has a birthday on December 31st and I decided to order a bouquet in a box. The order was agreed through VKontakte and included a box with 41 roses at a price of 2300 UAH. (taking into account 200 UAH. discount). When the order was brought, the whole impression and festive mood was spoiled. There were 20 roses in the box! Not to mention that it is at least two times less than the agreed amount, so they also thought of sticking an even number of flowers for their birthday. The flowers were wilted and on the third day the whole bouquet wilted. The impression was that they simply threw off the remaining deposits, since one bud was, moreover, in the flask. When I contacted the institution managing this institution, Julia Malaya, I received an explanation that this is a staff mistake and they will correct everything and even send the difference for 21 roses back to the card. The conversation was on the 4th of January, and today is the 13th and so far there has been no answer, no greetings. My conclusion is that if you want to spoil your holiday, while paying a decent amount for indecent flowers, then this office fully meets these requirements.
