I will say for those who complain about the quality - the store itself is not always the fault. mostly they do not produce furniture, but are only intermediaries. Since it happened to me, a sofa came with a marriage, offered a discount or wait for a new delivery.

Bypass zlatamebel, save your nerves, time and money! We ordered a sofa, 2 bedside tables and a bed in early September. By the way, they chose for a very long time, since almost all fabrics are not available. As a result, we chose a suitable fabric, we were confirmed that it is in stock. After the expiration of 3 weeks, as indicated in the contract, no one even thought to call us. We called ourselves to find out the status of the order, we were told that the bed was ready with a bedside table, but there was no fabric on the sofa (although we were assured when ordering that it was there!). They said that the fabric will be on November 4 (1 month delay). Naturally, on November 4th no one called me back and again I contacted myself to clarify what was wrong with the fabric. Naturally, she did not appear. They promised that the fabric will be on November 9 and they MUST call me and inform about the status of the order! I am writing a comment on November 10, of course, no one called and said what happened to my sofa :) Oh yes, this "customer-oriented" company said that if I want to pick up the bed with the bedside tables on time, then I have to pay again for the delivery and rise to the floor! By the way, this amount exceeds the amount of the forfeit that the company will allegedly pay for the delay (0.1% for 1 working day of the delay). i.e., due to the fault of the company, my order is delayed for 2 months, and in order for me to receive at least the finished part of the order on time, I still need to pay extra :))
