It's sad. All buildings of the complex are very outdated and beg for repairs. And the staff is nice and sympathetic. Have adopted a daughter. They issued certificates. Once again I am convinced that it is not the place that colors the person, but quite the contrary. Although the place does not bother to paint !!!
