A wonderful master, he helped my parents a lot to open the door to the apartment when the lock jammed for some reason! Moreover, they did not believe their eyes, how quickly it was possible to open this lock at all (say - to thieves) and after this incident they installed an additional steel door. And in this case, they opened it instantly, not even 10 minutes had passed!
