I came to him from another doctor, with whom I was not happy with some points. Alexey explained my situation to me, and suggested several solutions to it, one of which I chose and was quite pleased. In general, from my experience - the doctor is good, the clinic is good, I recommend 5 stars.

Good afternoon, I will rewrite my review, since the opinion has not changed a lot. I signed up at this clinic to the doctor on 9/06/19 at 13:45 (we agreed on this in a telephone mode a couple of days before this date). I came to him after work (night shift), at 13:45 I was already in the clinic, a woman met me and said that the doctor left about 5 minutes ago. I phoned him and asked what the problem was, to which he replied "I waited for YOU at 13:30, and YOU were late (supposedly)" and then said that he would arrive in a couple of minutes. I waited literally 5 minutes maximum and they called me back and this is what I heard “In short, FRIEND, I can’t come, YOU were late, I waited for YOU at 13:30, you weren’t there, people are waiting for me, everything is OK” and hung up. And this is just the beginning. Arriving home, I left here a review about this doctor (I don’t want to write a name, if you sign up for it, you will immediately understand who it is). As I interpret, the doctor cooled down and apologized to me by writing an SMS after a while, offering to come to him on any other day and he will do everything for free. I agreed (naturally, I think everyone would agree). I did not delete the review, as I thought that suddenly he would have more important plans than the clients during his reception schedule. And already after the procedure, I would delete the review and that's it. But everything is not so simple, after reading the review, the doctor called me and started throwing mud at me, that I had some kind of a “mindset” like that of HIS Majesty, “what moves me through life,” that I am such a person who immediately writes a review if I didn’t like something, “but if something wasn’t delayed,” that’s his words. But at that moment, when I wrote a review, as I said, he did not explain anything to me, said “Come on,” and put the phone down. And at the end of our conversation, he said in my direction, “Shit, bl ...” and naturally, this time he hung up. Then after a couple of sms in the direction of each other, he began to take me to the weak, so that I came to him and told him everything in the eye and so on. In general, I do not know what kind of doctor he is, maybe he does his teeth well, and his hands are golden, and he is a master of his craft, but his attitude to clients and the approach you just read. And reviews and reviews, so that people write like it or not. Only positive reviews do not happen, I hope other your customers will get luckier than me, good luck

I turned to this dentistry with my bad tooth. And I do not regret it! Dr. Vasily is just a miracle! Neat, patient. With my sore tooth and my sensitivity I was tormented from and to.
