I faced the problem of irresponsible attitude, when on July 13, they made channels for me in 5 minutes and took the material out of the root apex by 35-40 mm, and when natural hellish pains arose, they simply sent and closed the door for such an abuse of the body! Now I have a complicated operation, a root apex resection, at my own expense. Not only I was not so lucky, one girl complained that the implants were installed in such a way that they flew out after half a year and no one returned the money for the installation. Another girl was given an implant so that it fell out into the maxillary cavity and had to do a complex endoscopic operation at her own expense to remove this implant from the maxillary sinus through the nose under general anesthesia. And how many more victims who did not share information about their sad experience! I also want to note that here they do everything for a blunder in 10 minutes, even a difficult one and take 3 people per hour, for each patient 20 minutes are allocated. You can imagine what the quality of work will be if 10 minutes is spent on anesthesia and in the remaining 10 minutes they do something to you, and it can be very serious. By the way, they now take only 2 times a week, on Monday and Thursday, this is on purpose to create the appearance that they have a long queue for treatment and a bunch of people willing. But in fact, if you call on Monday, you are offered to sign up for Thursday or next Monday, that is, after 1-2 of their working days. By the way, I addressed my problem of post-filling pains to 5 doctors in person and to about 10 for an online consultation and no one (!) Did not get nasty at me, although they did not charge me a penny (!) For the consultation. On the contrary, they try to give advice, help with something, they sympathize. And only Katan Yevgeny Alexandrovich, who tore off 1,500 hryvnia from me, was so rude that my ears were wilting. So in this clinic, doctors are interested in you only as long as you can get money off you for your services, and after payment you become of no interest to anyone. And if you are "lucky" to get complications after a thorough treatment lasting 10 minutes and you risked addressing a problem, then do not be surprised if instead of helping and correcting your mistakes, you are simply doused with verbal slops. Terrible service in this "dentistry". I signed up for a certain time, in the end I was told to wait another 30 minutes. There were two administrators running with zero customer focus! One of these two, laughing nervously, was always clicking on the phone. I can't say anything for the doctors, I never got to them. A unit for complete rudeness to these two young ladies.

I got to this clinic (on Kalinova) thanks to quarantine)) because the transport did not work and it was not possible to get to a doctor who was constantly consulted. The treatment was carried out by Roman Malchugin (assistant Ruslan). I’m very happy with the result! The service is super, value for money = quality! The nice thing is that there is such a clinic near the house, with such doctors who have proven themselves excellently!
