Finally, I am writing a review about the clinic. We wanted to try to change dentistry, but it will obviously NOT be "Art Dental Clinic". What caught my eye was the pretentious design. Well, okay, because tastes differ. On the advice of family friends, we decided to treat the child with Svetlana Anatolyevna. We were bribed by the experience of the doctor (we went to the site and got acquainted with the children's specialists). In general, we signed up for a consultation. The doctor spoke very beautifully. We decided to treat the tooth. They left the child alone. The doctor's sweet tone changed to irritation at the whims and fear of the little patient. I do not know how well the tooth was treated, but the doctor forbade eating and drinking for 2 hours after filling! This was very surprising. But what was no less surprising: a patient came to your clinic for the first time and you did not bring him a card. Or does the doctor have such a phenomenal memory that he remembers what, when and how he did to a particular patient ??? There is no terminal in the clinic - this is some kind of Middle Ages. And yes, the prices for the treatment are too high. As a result, we will treat the child where he was treated.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Vladislav Alexandrovich Makarevich and Art Dental Clinic! There was a problem with a wisdom tooth that could not erupt. I signed up on a day off without any problems. The doctor is a good specialist, he explained everything in detail, cut the gum under local anesthesia, the problem was solved. The service is professional and excellent. I recommend this clinic to everyone👍

Once I managed to go to this clinic with problematic wisdom teeth. As I understand it, I got to the main doctor. She determined that the teeth of the lower 8 went wrong. All that had to be done was to trim the gums to help them crawl out. Injected anesthesia. Not only did she not cut through the gum completely, but in addition, she so hard chiselled with a scalpel and scissors on the enamel of the teeth. It was heard that this was done on purpose. There are clinics that make one tooth, but at the same time, unnoticed by an ordinary person, harm another. After a while, the tooth is affected and the person is forced to apply again. As you know, a tooth with damaged enamel is more easily exposed to external factors. And what do you think? Everything is just like that. After 3 months, I developed caries. Not a small dot, but a massive defeat. When I went to another specialist, I completely forgot about this situation. She said to me, "It feels like they removed your enamel here." At first I did not attach any importance to this. And if you are still thinking of contacting this "elite" clinic, then here is another example that was during the same visit. This "specialist" began to file my front teeth at my request. My tooth began to shoot, which I made clear and "moaned". She didn't stop. I reacted even more strongly, but she continued. Bottom line: the tooth bummed so hard that I jerked and this machine cut my lip. If you don’t know what it’s like, then imagine that you had a small grinder on your lip. I understand that this is my fault, but sorry, I cannot control the unconditioned reflex. A normal person would stop. Considering the second situation and how this individual ripped off my enamel, then she is not a human being. You may have completely different opinions about my comment, and rightly so. I described my experience and you can not accept it as true. I ask you to be extremely vigilant if you have already decided to go there. And for this individual, I want to understand that the Earth is round and absolutely everything comes back. If you didn't understand this at your age, then I'm sorry. I wish you learn to look and see, in every sense of this phrase. I am sure everything that you have done has already returned.

I went through old business cards today and found this one in the photo. I remembered how this year we treated my daughter's teeth (5 years old) in your clinic: they put fillings and removed one milk tooth, which did not want to leave by itself and interfered with the next one. So, I want to thank Vladislav Alexandrovich for his professionalism and patience. For iron patience and the ability to find a common language with a child who is very afraid of dentists and all those incomprehensible (and therefore scary) things that adorn the dentist's workplace. Vladislav Alexandrovich found the strength and patience to do the work that in another, well-known in our city, equipped with the latest technology, stuffed with the most modern equipment and insanely expensive clinic, they did not want to do without GENERAL anesthesia! Just put the seals - they told us that it would be better to put the child to sleep in order to do everything quickly and there is nothing wrong with general anesthesia (!!! 🤯). We went to you after that clinic. Vladislav Alexandrovich, first of all, having made an examination, confirmed my suspicions that those teeth do not need to be touched, they are in order (and before that we were also inclined to fill them), but we will fill these teeth, not a problem. Yes, it was a little nervous. Yes, mom had to be escorted out the door, but step by step, convincing, distracting and entertaining her daughter, your doctor did his job perfectly! The seals are like a glove. Nothing worries. The child's mental trauma, apparently, did not remain either. And now, when I asked my daughter “what will we rate the doctor who filled your back teeth and, with the help of a magic ointment, helped to jump out the tooth that did not want to leave on its own?” She answered (I quote): “Of course, excellent, excellent ! ". Therefore, this review is not only from us parents, but also from your little patient. Thanks again! We will certainly return to you if necessary.
