We were delighted with visiting the clinic. Child 3.4 years old, went on the recommendation of Dr. Vladimir Sergeevich. The correct approach, toys, jokes ... Voila, my daughter sat down in a chair herself and even gave all the necessary manipulations to be done, although I was counting only on an introductory visit, since the day before there was a negative experience of visiting dentistry, where the child even refused to open his mouth. Favorable atmosphere, compliance with quarantine measures, professionalism and service, everything is at the level! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Today we got to the kids clinics to the dentist Anna Vasilievna. We were here for the first time, but definitely not the last time! For a very long time they could not find "their" doctor. This is the first time I've seen such an approach to children. The son sat like a bunny, opened his mouth, did everything the doctor asked. Favorite cartoons, a soft and precise approach of the doctor, and also a gift at the end did their job - the son is happy. Mom is naturally happy too)) We made a treatment plan, a special thanks to the administrator - she explained everything clearly and found a convenient time. Now only forward! With such dentists, nothing is scary))) ZY I'm writing from my son's phone, because mine was discharged. I would like to leave a negative review about the children's dentist Kids clinic Natyazhko A.V. We went to the clinic on the recommendation, but we won't go there again. A 4-year-old child had his teeth sealed and only 2 months later - 1 filling fell out. They re-sealed and already at the reception they said that the guarantee for fillings applies only in the case of hygienic cleaning of teeth every 3 months. That is, either we pay the cost of the filling, or we sign up for cleaning, since the time is right. Otherwise, the guarantee for the seals is canceled. But: 1. Where is the connection between high-quality filling and cleaning of all teeth, except for commercial 2. Natyazhko A.V. did not recognize "my joint" - the filling fell out due to plaque on the teeth, and emphasized that we do not brush the teeth of the child well. 3. I am not against brushing my teeth, and in the summer before filling the cleaning was done. But the filling still fell out, most likely the reason is the quality of the work. 4. It is necessary to announce the conditions of the guarantee before putting the seals. 5. Re-sealing was presented as if they did us a favor. By the way, by appointment through the administrator, the child suffered for a week, as the food was clogged and this caused pain. As a result of our story, the child has no guarantees for fillings. But there is experience - we will not go to A.V. Natyazhko any more. I wish all children to get only to professional dentists. Continuing our story .. November 12 The same tooth from which the filling came off after 3 months. Today, literally a month after the re-filling, it must be removed. The gum is swollen, they took a picture, the tooth is dead. Indications for removal. My daughter's tooth was opened, the third day pus, pain, edema come out. This is cruel to a child who is only 4 years old. Anna Vasilievna commented on the situation, what I warned and that it happens. The curtain. Warned that the "treatment" will make it worse? The child was filled 2 times on 1 tooth, X-rays were taken, and the opened canal was not noticed. Please draw conclusions and do not learn from your mistakes, and even more so from your children The tooth was removed ...
