02/11/18, the medicine was sold not just what I ordered. Turning to the requirement that I change it, I heard in response, "I have to buy them for my money." The answer struck !!! Immediately calling the hotline, I explained the above situation and in response I heard "we will check the video surveillance and if we see that you said this or that name of the drug, we will change the drug for you." The question is how do you check for video surveillance - what will you read on the lips? Or do you have microphones and do not visually inform buyers about this ??? P.S. Not happy with the service!
