Terrible room !!!!! Terrible service !!!! I forgot a piece of paper, which they call a subscription, asked to work out (I have been their client for more than a year), they told me that these are my problems and they won’t let me go without this piece of paper. When asked to look at the database and note at home, they answered that they would not do anything! On a request to somehow solve this situation, which happened for the first time, they refused and offered to work out as a “guest”, and the answer was that there was no money, they said that you would bring it tomorrow. That is, on my subscription, but I can’t do it without a piece of paper, but I can get extra money, and I can even bring it from another day !!!! At the request to show me and verify the number of my studies, the administrator refused. Arguing that he simply wouldn’t do it! What can I say .... bestial attitude towards regular customers, they behave this way because there are no competitors nearby. It’s convenient for people to walk into the hall near the house, and there is no alternative in the halls! Therefore, they are overgrown!

Nothing bad can not say, everything is completely and absolutely satisfied. Nothing makes you hide, and everything is clean. Everything in one place is convenient. And especially the location for this rena. We saw an order of magnitude worse, where there is no place to change, or to work or buy.

1. Disgusting service. I lost a 3cm by 5cm cardboard box, which they call a subscription, and they told me that its restoration would cost 20 UAH. This has never been reported before. The rules here can be made up at any time. I agree with the earlier review, which describes a similar situation. 2. The stench in the hall, the air conditioner is set so that when exercising in one part of the hall, a cold stream blows directly into the lower back. 3. Absolutely inappropriate music for practicing in the hall. 4. Worn out fittings, it is simply scary to go into the shower room, not to mention the toilet.
