I can't say what doctors are there yet, but boors and incompetent people work in the registry. I could not get through, I called three numbers, no one answered the phone. Then I saw what could be written in telegram. I asked if it was possible to see a gastroenterologist today, to which I was told that they work from 7:30 to 13. It was 10, I got ready and went from Igrenia. Upon arrival, I was told that there were no more coupons, come tomorrow with your passport. I asked why they didn’t pick up the phone, I called, they answered that there were 20 people and they had no time for the phone. Why did no one say that it is not worth going today, and that you need to have a passport with you. What else was to be expected from a state clinic.

What can I say. The operation to remove the gallbladder cost 15,000 UAH (2018). This amount consists of: obligatory "charitable" payments to the cashier, medicines for the duration of stay in the hospital and directly thanks to the staff. There are no comments on the operation (yet), everything is quite professional. There is no TV or Internet in the wards. If this is important to you, keep in mind. Hospital treatment is not very good. Rudeness, rudeness. In this regard, of all the hospitals that we had to deal with, this is the worst. Of course, I don't mean all the staff, but the overall impression is negative. Decide yourself to apply here or not, or even better, do not get sick.

Separation of the liver and pancreas. Pros: 3 meals a day, friendly nurses, who knows their business, doctor Popok D.V. There are free procedures and medicines. Always clean and tidy. The absence of cockroaches (which is quite rare). A neat and beautiful patio. 2 pharmacies. Cons: the room is cool. Some wards do not have hot water. I was satisfied. Recommend.

Terrible hospital. The doctors are rude. At the reception, I generally keep quiet. They take good money. And there is no correspondence.

The receptionists at the clinic are terrible. The woman is rude, does not provide information, disconnects the call prematurely. I called to find out the doctor, who at the reception as a result of the information is zero. A nervous, nasty voice telling me to come to the reception in person. People, if you are not able to communicate with people normally, please do not work in the areas of communication.
