Service is low. Reception out of time. She came an hour before the examination, according to their recommendation, and sat for 40 minutes over the appointed time (scheduled for 12.40 and at 13.20 they had not yet accepted), plus inpatients with covid were taken out of line and among healthy patients, these are violations of quarantine measures. It turns out I pay 3000 hryvnia to stand in a live queue at a paid clinic. I left without receiving their services.

Good afternoon, we did CT for my mother on Batumi street 13 .. I liked everything very much, my mother was treated with respect .. The girl at the reception welcomed me warmly, answered all questions in an accessible way, everything is clean and sterile, the order is monitored. At the same time, we passed the PCR test, I was pleased with the price and speed of execution (the next day, 850 UAH) In general, if you do CT or PCR, then only on Batumi 13 !!))

I signed up for CT of lungs. Came as requested 15 minutes earlier. I sat in a line of several people for 45 minutes. In addition, I was outraged by the fact that they give a piece of paper for the signature on the refusal of claims on the result of CT. Perhaps this form is normal, but at least they should have told what and how they would do about the radiation intensity, and so on. The girl gave me this paper with the words fill in and sign. There is also a queue. Pick up the result only the next day. In general, a scoop with a scoop. And the money is fought at the level of competitors from private clinics where the service will be better.

The staff is incompetent, "we don't know anything", the main thing is to pay and take a check .... Results, they said come after 14:00 everything will be ready, arrived at 14:30 - they say "not ready" wait 30 minutes, now I'm waiting for more hour, there is no answer and when it will be they do not know ... People come to do the PCR test, they are not even told the time when the answer will be, the main thing is to pay 850 UAH, take the check and go to hand it over, and there you will be told that the answer will not be in a day or two, but at best in a week.
