To see Laura or the Surgeon or any other doctor in the hospital, you need to get a referral from your family doctor. They said that this can be done by phone, it is enough to call the family doctor, tell about the problem and he gives an electronic referral to the necessary doctor, (this is ideally), but in fact, they do not take the phone, they replied to the Viber message that only in writing form, you have to come and take a direction. Come and at the reception desk you will be written to the family doctor, they will tell you what time to come and on what day you will get to him, most likely it will not work right away. THIS ONCE. Then you have to come, sit in line with coughing and sneezing, and get to your family doctor, who will write you a referral to the right doctor. TELL YOU WHY TO DO THIS, if you could get an electronic referral by phone?

An outpatient clinic since the last century. It is impossible to make an appointment on the Internet, just take a ticket. Put a stamp on the certificate for the school at the reception, another series. Reception at the doctor at 15.30, after receiving and issuing the certificate, you need to put a stamp on it at the reception. But .... it turns out the working day is until 15.00 !!!! Come tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to put a seal in a couple of seconds !!!! What's this ???? What kind of working day is this and the attitude towards people ??? Let's renew the declaration in another place, and not a foot here !!

Came with a child on Saturday. The clinic is open until 14:00. We arrived at 12:00. And the clinic is closed from the inside. The light is off, there is nobody in the registry. They started to wait for someone to come out, finally a nurse came out and said that you didn’t knock ??? Seriously??? It was necessary to break out the door to get an appointment with a doctor ????
