All documents drawn up here: translation, apostille, certificates of non-conviction. Terms and cost have changed over the year - have risen in price. But how to do everything separately in different offices is easier to do everything in a complex. They all told, the terms were chosen and the ready documents were entrusted to send abroad. Everything is in order, if necessary, I know where to turn.

Pros: Apostille in the end did; relatively inexpensive Cons: Very poorly do their work and disrespectfully communicate with customers. Failed to recognize which feed to send the document, because of this, was lost three days (and I was in a hurry, every day was expensive), but this is far from the worst. They should have told me when the answer came to the document so that it could be speeded up when I called and asked if there was news, showed unconcealed annoyance, saying "what do I call, if something was known, we would have called you ". As a result, I could not stand it and myself called the department of the Ministry of Education, which deals with apostills, I was told that the answer came two weeks ago. Those. because of unqualified or lazy, or maybe both, I lost a lot of time. And I needed an apostille urgently, because I did not have time to apply for a visa. The most surprising thing is that UTIA-consult employees did not even realize that they did something wrong. The answer to my claims was denial and rudeness. It seems that people generally do not feel responsible for what they are doing.

Appealed to them for a quick receipt of a certificate of non-conviction. They coped with their work normally, received a certificate, the price was adequate. But there was a very unpleasant moment with the execution time. I made an order for 2 working days (in this case, the day of the order and the weekend, of course, are not taken into account). I ordered it on Tuesday. Accordingly, I should have received it on Friday. But on Friday I was not contacted, on Monday, too. Therefore, on the afternoon of Monday, I wrote a letter, I was informed that the certificate is ready, you can pick it up for some of those. reasons did not receive notification. The next day he came to their office during working hours - they are closed. I called - it turns out about the arrival had to be agreed in advance, which no one told me. They said that they will be back in an hour or two and will call back. As a result, they did not call, I myself came in an hour and a half and took a certificate (it took 2 minutes). In general, their work is done normally, but about the timeframe it is necessary to clarify and ring up. I was lucky that it was not to hurry, otherwise there might be problems. P.S .: By the way, I made a request for a certificate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and after almost 2 months I received nothing :(
