Disgusting bank work. When we just started Service 3 years ago, everything was great. Now the service has come to naught.

Words of praise are simply not enough. The staff of the department, from security to management, are extremely friendly and do everything to help the bank's client. I especially want to mention the manager Julia Ziborova, who helped me open an account and solve a number of issues. I have not seen such a caring and professional attitude towards clients for a long time either in Ukraine or in other countries where I have visited.

The call center staff is just awful! 2 times they came and wrote a statement to change the phone, monthly in the telephone mode I tell them that the number has changed and still there are two old ones that do not exist or maybe they already have other people, I don’t know! And each time, employees ask me a question why the phone is not the main one? Guys from where do I know what place your hands are from? If you can’t do the elementary! But in the end, take out my brain monthly !!! This is not normal already! I endured half a year and did not write a review! My patience has burst! I hope your guide reads and draws conclusions! Personally, I will never turn to your bank !!!

A good bank and a wonderful office - no queues, the staff is friendly, all issues are easily resolved! In the same department I use the services of a premium manager and I am very pleased. I myself did not expect how convenient it is. Diana Polishchuk, my premium manager, is always in touch and answers instantly. Any requests and questions are resolved quickly and efficiently, even at the end of the working day! Being on business in Kiev, I went to the capital’s offices immediately to get everything ready - Diana quickly prepared everything I needed, this saved me a LOT of time and effort. A cozy office with a convenient location, qualified and competent specialists. Many thanks to the VIP manager Anastasia! Prior to that, I was not a client of OTP Bank, but thanks to Anastasia I became not just a client, but a Premium client, thanks a lot for sending Swift transfer when buying corporate rights, many banks refused, and I could in OTP !!!
