I came to the department to unblock a card that was blocked for an unknown reason. The department said that they could not unblock it. I asked to change the phone number attached to the card, they said that they had made an application and in 2 hours the number would be changed. I called the hotline a day later, they told me there were no applications, I had to go to the department again. I’ll take the money and I’m not going to OTR.

Received a salary card. The work of the bank itself is disgusting, so the staff of this department with an increased level of ChSV. And the coupon system is much dumber than any queue in the clinic: there are no queues in the department, but they say to take a coupon with which I waited more than half an hour, until the operator came up and asked "why are you guys working here for half an hour !?". They put him at the table, and waited another half hour until the card was made. A great hour of my life that went nowhere, thanks OTP !!!
