I strongly do not recommend this company. She bought the child a product, which at the first attempt to put on the child fell apart in his hands. On the same day, the buyer took it to the store under warranty, it was 11/18/2020. A month passed and no one called us to come for the product. Today, 12/22/2020, she came to the store herself and it turns out that she has been lying in the store for a long time, no one from the sellers just called us to inform us! I am shocked by such disrespect for your customers! Do you not consider clients as people at all? I was also denied repair of the product, as if it were not a warranty case. Are you serious? I couldn't even put it on the baby! Turned the same day. And the money, too, of course, no one is going to return. Your store is just unscrupulous and dishonest! I will not return to you for anything in my life! Although we have repeatedly come to the "Golden Age" and "Silver Age" for shopping. They trusted you. Unfortunately...

I do not recommend buying goods in these stores, since they sell low-quality products and do not want to return money. 11/18/2020 my wife bought a cross stitch cord with a silver clasp for a child in your store for 460 UAH. When she came home, she wanted to put it on to her daughter, but the lock fell apart right in her hands. When we took it to the store and asked to replace it, they refused us and said that they would fix it. More than two weeks have passed, but the goods have not been returned from repair. I have a question for the management of the company: after you sold the product, you do not consider customers as people and think that you can behave only in a way that suits you? When will our issue be resolved?

They sold the product with a marriage, which they themselves recognized! They offered the same, but with a surcharge! WITH ADDITION! Those. I spent a lot of time, nerves, they offer me to pay extra to get the same! They refuse to return money! Generally ,, wonderful ,, shop! I do not recommend anyone!
