We went to their store, ordered wedding rings. For me it was made in size 14.5. They made. My man took it, without looking, in the hope that everything would be all right .. Yes, and I thought so. I just decided to try it on, but the ring won't fit. I look at the tag, and there is a size 14.0. We have a wedding soon, but no rings. The store has done a tough meanness. Tomorrow I'll go to the store and try to change it. The lockdown begins, I hope they correct their mistake. Otherwise, I will write even more angry reviews.

Are you guys serious? Did you drop the call once and that's it? Moreover, the phone did not leave life to call, but vodafone. And that year it was like that, I wanted to order with delivery to the department, they told you to go and pick it up at the store. I guess I know better where I can pick it up. If you are ok with money, why are you doing this business project? Seriously, drop it.

A month ago I ordered earrings with pearls for my mother in this store. The choice is good and the prices have pleased. On order did not have to wait long, about three days and earrings were with me. I am satisfied with the service and assortment.

Disgusting service in the online store and support service in FB. The store does not answer for two days on the phone and the messenger, and in the FB give incorrect information. The operator in the store refused to give his full name. I do not recommend contact. As a result, the order was transferred to the courier, and the courier (New Mail) lost it. The store said nothing to do with it and sent me to deal with the courier.

The story of my acquaintance with this store began before the New Year. I decided to please my wife with a gold jewelry. So we went to choose a present. We traveled around a row with a store, looked at several options, but it seemed that the price was fine, but something was still not right. Then we went to Eurogold and we liked the ring with blue topaz, I bought this beauty, like a Christmas tree gift. Still got a discount on your next purchase. Now I'm going there for a gift for Valentine's Day, and March 8 is just around the corner.
