Almost a month has passed - the result is ZERO! On my visit with a reminder - a new promise to call back and .... again DECEIVE! As a result: no lamps under warranty, no attempts to save the face of the store NO! And this store is run by a person who wants to be mayors and deputies with his team! Draw conclusions, gentlemen ...

Large selection, good assortment, but the price is sometimes overpriced for some groups of goods. The staff is friendly and attentive, but again not everywhere. I want to note the "Builder in Kremennaya" there the staff is just at the Highest Level!

When returning the goods, in addition to the check, they demanded a photocopy of the passport because the goods were paid for by card and not in cash. Allegedly, the bank and not the store will return the money to my card. This is the first time I come across such idiocy. I could not even think that a passport is needed to return the money. As a result, wasted time, nerves and money (I'm from another city). Shop advice - inform buyers in advance that it is better to pay in cash. I will no longer use the services of this store. And I do not advise others
