I called the clinic and asked about the availability of the vaccine for the revaccination of the pet. I was kindly answered that there was a vaccine and calculated the cost of services and announced the APPROXIMATE amount (apparently it is very difficult to add two numbers on the calculator and get the exact amount, but okay, let's skip this point). Having signed up for a time and arrived at the specified time, we were not accepted, because the doctor was busy with another pet, that is, a queue formed, which in a situation with the COVID-19 pandemic is categorically not recommended. Waiting for its time, after a half-hour burden with filling in the data, we were accepted and there was no vaccine! That is, we wasted our time and money for the appointment! I think the girl of the operator (administrator) is inattentive and incompetent. The doctor suggested a replacement, and this also speaks of his incompetence, since revaccination is carried out with the SAME vaccine. The clinic's service is not disgusting, the prices are not justified in the presence of such incompetent and illiterate specialists. They ripped off UAH 200 for nothing. Wasted time, money and nerves. I usually leave praise, but you don't deserve it. I ask you to provide in writing an explanation why the operator / administrator did not deign to get up and check the availability of the vaccine, because that was the purpose of my call. Disgusting!

Yesterday we brought a kitten for the first vaccination. The specialist explained everything in detail (about drugs, reactions, functions), conducted an initial examination of the cat and gave an injection (the cat did not even twitch). They drew up and gave us printed recommendations on nutrition, made a veterinary passport. The attitude towards animals and owners is very respectful, good-natured. After 3 weeks, we go to the re-vaccination (fixing). There are many visitors to the clinic, it is better to sign up in advance so as not to wait. By the way, by phone, they give advice and recommendations before the appointment. In general, we were pleased with the visit.

Very sensible clinic. At the reception was a girl - just smart, tried to help until the last, did everything as expected. It was evident that he was sincerely worried about the animal. There is resuscitation for animals, x-rays, everything you need to help. For me, definitely, now only this clinic. Recommend! Before that, I was with another animal in a different clinic, which has a lot more reviews (and chose) there is a completely different service. They did not try to save my dog ​​there. Ber - I recommend!

I went to the clinic after 2 months of unsuccessful attempts to treat in the veterinary offices of Novomoskovsk, when the cat was already very weak, he was diagnosed with pancreatitis, there was constant vomiting. The clinic received us and listened to me carefully, immediately prescribed the necessary tests and examinations. They found threads on the ultrasound, which he swallowed. The operation was successful, he immediately began to eat and at home he was already running and jumping on the window. Exactly a month passed after the operation, I did the necessary treatments for parasites, routine vaccinations were done at the clinic, I monitor his diet, he has a good appetite and an active cat. Thank you very much, you saved a life dear to me.

For three days they saved the cat from poisoning in another veterinary clinic (I will not say where, I will not say about it), but he was getting worse 🥺, she began to call all veterinary clinics in Dnipro, since Ryzhiy was already in serious condition and needed a blood transfusion. I called the vetklin Ber, they said that everything was busy by appointment, but since the cat was heavy, they said bring it, we will conduct an examination between appointments. They arrived, they immediately accepted us, took all the tests (big + that you have your own laboratory), the results were ready in 10 minutes, the diagnosis was leukemia. The veterinarians are very attentive and just humane, they saw how we are going through, explained everything and immediately made a blood transfusion.
