There are no complaints about the product, good, but the quality of service is not at a high level. A few years ago I ordered a mattress and frame-slats, the order was executed with a delay of a week. Now I ordered a mattress pad, they promised to fulfill the order in 3 days (1 day off, but they promised to deliver it on Monday). On Monday at noon the manager announced that it would be until the evening, and on Wednesday, in the afternoon, the mattress did not appear. Only on Thursday, closer to the evening, I was able to receive my order. If you value your time - order elsewhere, here you will be fed "tomorrow-tomorrow".
