Great place. I visited this place originally to get a wax but it turns out that they had a wax club which was in a different location. So I decided to visit it at the Prospect mall. I went to "African chic wax club" at Prospekt mall and they render great services. You'd absolutely feel alot better when you visit. Trust me, you wouldn't want to miss out on this great place. The staff are polite and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. You can get a membership card which after eleven times of coming there, you get a free waxing procedure on the twelfth visit (who doesn't love free gifts😂🎉). The restrooms are very neat and the place has a very good ambience. I got a wax for the second time which I was scared to do because I was originally considering sugaring but the lady that did it for me was absolutely kind and after having a consultation with her, I felt at ease to continue with the process. I absolutely felt no extreme pain. There's a cute waiting area for people who come to wait for their friends or families that are getting a procedure there, they have you covered in terms of comfort and entertainment but because it's located in a large mall, one can also walk around for sightseeing and you'd find other shops with great items on sale and mini restaurants to eat if you're hungry. The services are also pretty affordable and not unnecessarily expensive. I'd give them an extra five stars if I could because I was really impressed and after the wax I got, I absolutely felt like a new person 😂. The rooms for the procedures are also pretty private and cozy so don't be scared to go. This place is really unique and I encourage people to visit without any form of second thoughts. You and your body will be glad that you did.

Last year I came to Chernivtsi for a month. I wanted to make an eyebrow tattoo. I came to the procedure, the master was not there, waited about an hour. The wrong master came to whom she signed up. The procedure was done very well, I was pleased. It was necessary to go for a correction and then it turned out that this master does not work for them, and sometimes he comes from Germany. I was offered to go to another master, but optalata not as a correlation, but as a complete procedure, since it was not this master who did it for me. In the end they gave me the phone number of the master who worked with me and had to negotiate with him herself. Service is terrible

Once it was a good salon, but now almost all the top masters have fled, there are only a couple left. A friend used to extend her hair, so she was treated later. And the owner of the salon, Natasha, was repeatedly seen in fraud and deceiving people
