Very poor service, at 21:50 stand in jackets waiting for a taxi. As the security guard said, the meat department works until 21:30. I wonder why the working hours at the Niva store are from 08:00 to 22:00. If they cannot provide quality and good service to customers, they need to change the administration of the store.

The review is a personal impression of this store. Judging by the rest, it is very objective. 1.How prices. It is easier to go to the supermarket on Komarova Street, where there are really stocks and similar goods are actually several times cheaper. Discount card "for suckers", excuse me. The total amount in the check does not change much with it. 2. Milk. Very often the product has a normal date, but it is already sour. This happened more than once. And this is without any shares. 3 eggs. Out of 10 pieces in the package 3 pieces are rotten. This happened more than once. 4. Commodity neighborhood in the warehouse. The products smell like household chemicals. This means that in the warehouse they lie side by side "in an embrace". 5. Sellers. For this I put the stars. There are a lot of nice women who will serve you quickly, say "thank you, please" and smile at the client. I would like the reviews to be read more often and to take into account what people write.
