7.8.2020 plus:parking,friendly staff,spotless clean, minus:breakfast not fitting to the pricing(compared with RiverSide),rooms to the streets really noisy in night. 16.2.2021at reservation received feedback concerning parking:"first to come,first to serve"...o.k.cancelled!Really the least professional managed Reikartz in Ukraine due to my experience!

Great location, a few minutes walk from the centre of the city, the ladies at the reception are frendly and helpful. The breakfast is nothing special but ok. Rooms are ok, but be aware that rooms facing the street are noisy at night because of traffic so ask for a room facing the back of the building if you want quiet. I used the hotel transfer from KBP to the hotel, good car and good price, it took 90 minutes for the journey.

ID theft paradise While checking in my mother at the hotel I was presented with two completed, typed forms with DOB, names, addresses and passport numbers of two of their former guests. They clerk told me that it was a mistake and that these were former guests with similar names autofilled by the system. In any case, if I wanted to, I could engage in full on ID theft of those individuals. I reported this to head office and was eventually contacted by the hotel manager. All she could tell is that she is sorry and is going to discipline the member of staff responsible. If you want your identity stolen - this place is perfect! In all other respects it is much like any other chain hotel...no kettle in the standard rooms though

Decent - nice wine in the room for reasonable cost as well. Very helpful front desk staff

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. For that not big price you'll receive perfect service. I recommend this hotel for everyone! Breakfast is perfect, too much choice for a breakfast :), you definitely will not still be hungry
