Consultant Artem, you disrespectfully communicate with clients hangs up when the issue is not resolved! There is a task - you need to solve, not hang up! I ask the superiors to conduct a conversation on respect to customers. I understand that they cannot always resolve the issue at a given moment, but it was possible to redirect at least someone else to the consultant!

The store may be good, but the consultants leave much to be desired. I specifically called to inquire about the availability of the goods, they said there is. I drove through the whole city to buy, in the end there is no stock, re-grading. They said there is in another store, but a different amount. I went there, they are in reserve. Why not warn immediately or look more closely ??

We have been cooperating for a long time. The non-cash managers of the department provide excellent service. I would especially like to note the professionalism of Vova Kharchenko. Always understands what is needed. There are category B circuit breakers, which is not the case with other electrical suppliers. Convenient location. Transparent pricing policy. But sometimes you have to wait a while for the delivery of goods.
