Shop horror do not order from them nothing they promised for 3 weeks already a month has passed and 3 weeks now I am lying waiting themselves do not call only they need to call them they feed breakfast

Very good service when ordering furniture, but opposite attitude when fulfilling obligations. They constantly postpone the terms, violate the terms of the contract. People do not order furniture from Anel, otherwise they cannot cope with such a number of orders, and customers suffer.

HORROR! Marriage of facades, accessories instead of normal was set to Chinese (Turkish was discussed in advance), the saddest thing is that the facades were glued with a dangerous edge for children (you can cut yourself). And as a bonus - a delay of the order for a week, plus did not arrive on the appointed DAY for installation. After quarrels - redid. Remade bad, hastily (( The manager herself NEVER called back. Not a single time. I had to run for my money! (hello to manager Irina). If you want problems - you are here! :)

The worst "shop" in Cherkassy. 11/30/2019 my husband and I decided to order a gift for parents for the New Year. We chose 2 curbstones, the seller promised us that the order would arrive in time for the holiday and you can pick it up from the same store ("Anel"). Delivered around December 20th. But one curbstone may be ready and the consultant will call you back tomorrow. But ... no one called us. Promises are not kept. On December 27, we call ourselves (using the number from the contract), it turns out that one bedside table came to their store, and the second is in the Epicenter store. We did not agree on this, we reminded that we would take the order from the Anel store. They promised that the order would be delivered on Monday (December 30). Again on Monday they called themselves and we were told that the order had come to Epicenter. They took the furniture and it turned out that one cabinet was broken, and the second one was missing a piece (the so-called hamburger). After all the calls and promises to date, 07/14/2020, we have not received our part. Therefore, I do not advise anyone to order anything in this "store".
