They had a ready kitchen on September 18. As a result, we didn't do it on time (for which we didn't apologize), and then we waited for calls, looked for someone to talk to, because there was no answer for a month, and we don't have half a kitchen, we got incorrect answers, ie work with client 0. Then, on November 6, we were brought a part of the kitchen that was to be rebuilt, and I realized that the biggest problem was not the deadline. And the horror that was established! Half of the kitchen is not cut to size. We will have to throw away and recycle some. On November 10, we were brought the last door that was not installed, which was in the hole too, because it did not start to screw. That is, it is also a lack in fact. All not in size, some doors are longer, some shorter. I honestly didn't know it could happen at all. Such incompetence. At first, the master allowed himself to speak rudely and shift the responsibility to others. We asked, called what it was like, what it was. We were told you would be ok. But this is not the case! These are real errors in measurements. I was silent. And asked for money. We paid. They will not be in favor of such work. It's on his conscience. But I realized one thing, never pay in advance. I honestly in principle did not expect that they could do something so carelessly. Our doors are uneven. Everything is not the same. The question is not in the materials, the question is in the measurements. Although I must say, the project was very simple. It's hard to be wrong there. During this period, so much stress, and as a result we will process into other masters. Because it's sad to look at. And all because they did not measure correctly, shifted responsibility to someone, did not apologize. And took payments for those unfinished doors. Let. OK. If we knew that such unprofessional work would be installed, we would not wait for the completion. And they would ask other masters. What was promised to us, and the finished result is not true. I am very sad and did not want to write this review. But I also sincerely want it not to happen to someone like me. Although we explained everything in detail.
