Basically everyone is responsive and friendly. This factor also depends on doctors (it seems to me), how the doctor treats the patient, such attitude and other workers. I had to deal with the surgical department. Super doctors! Responsive, friendly, positive PROFESSIONALS! Thank you for your work! By the way, it was in surgery that care was provided quickly and efficiently, when doctors from other hospitals simply delayed, "wrote lists", and in the lists drugs that are very difficult to buy in a regular pharmacy (only pharmacies + day off), etc. Nobody demanded anything here, but just rescued, provided help ... Speaking of lists, you haven't been to other medical institutions yet ... Why are the reviews so radically different? Probably because we are all human and we can't always understand each other's feelings in a certain life situation. It is necessary to understand the doctor sometimes. I went to 2 therapies. Moreover, the big + I put on the 1st therapy, where "covid" patients are treated. The staff responds to the concept of "medical by vocation". We started and ended with the second therapy, where almost everyone was irritated and dissatisfied. Either the time is now, or people have chosen the wrong place of work? I agree, perhaps, sometimes they overdid it with calls to the post. But this can be explained: not seeing a loved one, you just worry about him. Who, if not a physician, understands this? No. For them, it's just a job ... Like a janitor sweeping the yards, they also "swept" mom out of the hospital. when the due period of hospitalization has passed. At what they swept out - in the literal sense of the word: they brought the patient down in an elevator (and she was not walking) and just left her on the bench ... I will say one thing: it is absolutely clear why we have such a deplorable state with medicine? It's sad from this. And I want one thing: to forget what happened, like a bad dream, and to wish all people health, so as not to fall into the hands of "kindness" and "understanding" of our valiant doctors.
