The atmosphere is great, music a little loud, decor and comfort wonderful. Food no taste, good quality, service I think they have it, at least 3 times in 4 hours someone came to the table and it was not busy.

Celebrated a wedding here! I really liked everything) delicious cuisine, great atmosphere, good work of the staff) We especially want to thank the administrator Svetlana, for the good organization) We recommend visiting this institution !!!

We went to rest with the girls on Saturday evening. They asked if there were any free tables. We were offered to sit down, but in the next 10 minutes no one came up to us. The hall was very uncomfortable. There should have been live music in time. But there was not even a background music, so all the conversations of fairly tipsy vacationers could be heard. There was such a hum that it was impossible to communicate normally. Children ran around and shouted. There was an impression that we came not to a cafe, but to a rural canteen. And without waiting for any music, or at least one of the waiters, we left in a spoiled mood. All this time, the staff was busy only with themselves at the bar, no one even went into the hall.

The check included a column of BANQUET SERVICE 305 UAH! Without warning, the administrator was silent about it, the waiter who brought the check was silent about it, and gladly took a good tip. There are no limits to impudence. This situation completely spoiled the impression of being in this institution. And the desire to visit it again, will not arise. Although the kitchen is not bad, with good service, the interior is stylish, the service was relatively normal. But I do not recommend !!! Since here they will try to profit from you "quietly". Music design is also indicated in the menu, and the administrator has repeatedly drawn our attention to this. I emphasized the price for this service. Regarding service, it was deliberately silenced and quietly entered in the check and in the menu. I don't mind giving a tip or paying for banquet service, but do it openly !!! And it's okay to poke your customers in the nose that they haven't studied your menu perfectly! By doing so, you have significantly spoiled the overall impression and assessment of "ATMOSPHERE" 🤥😞

Was the first, only, and last time! And so I liked it, the institution is clean and tidy, it is clear that it was opened not so long ago, the dishes were delicious and beautifully served, there is a place on the street where children can take a walk. Perhaps this is all good! Even at the beginning, they asked to turn on the TV, and put on the background music, they turned on 4 times ... Well, I started running around! We were in the hall that is closer to the Terek area, asked the waiter to open the closest door so that the children could get out / come closer to the site. I asked twice, for the first time I said yes we will open it ... But we did not open it! The second time, after my indignation about the unfulfilled but promised request, I received an answer, the doors themselves do not close there (although the door closer is standing) and a fly can "fly in" from the street, and they are fined for flies! What? What fly is already autumn in the yard? Well, okay ... After these words about the fly ... I almost looked around and found a bunch of crumbs and food leftovers on the sofa in verses in the back !!! Let them clean well for a start, and then catch the flies! Further, live music, it was not music - there are no words what it was, the aunt all overdressed with lips like a chimpanzee tried to connect three words and sing something there, but apparently because of her lips it did not work out (Repertoire from chanson and scoop dashing 90s) and paid money for music, but such music plays for free at the Kiev railway station! Administration, I recommend that you change the administrator of the institution, sometimes make secret visits yourself, your level of service is very lame! And to everyone who wants to visit this institution, I recommend NOT to do this, so as not to spoil your holiday!
