I'll put it at 4 with a stretch! Very nice complex. About the pros. I took a room for 500 UAH. The room has two single beds, TV. Pros seen in the issue: A huge plus is the furniture. Handmade cabinets. In the lobby there is a chic curbstone, the beds seem simple, but when he began to move .. - natural oak! This is a very big plus for me! The bed is clean, the pillow is also clean and smells fresh (for me this is very important) - I rested and slept !!! Minuses: Personally, I didn't have disposable slippers in my room and the floor was dirty! There were no glasses or any containers, how is that ?! This is my first one !!! If they suddenly answer that I should have asked, I immediately answer - you must offer! There is no shampoo in the bathroom, there is only a dispenser with some kind of liquid ... With which one? For washing the floor, hands, tiles ?! Maybe it's generally a disinfector)) I just can't understand how you can do everything so beautifully and apply it with elementary details! In general, if I need to spend the night in Shpola again, then 100% I will go there. As for me, there are a couple of big pluses: Bed cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, comfort, price !!

Not a bad hotel, located in Shpole near a picturesque pond, rooms are clean, on the ground floor there is a restaurant that is open until ten in the evening, where breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is offered in only two types, English or Ukrainian. Of the minuses, poor sound insulation, sounds from neighboring rooms are very well heard. There is a small car park in front of the hotel.

Very nice, I recommend to visit, 24/11/20 first visited there, a great place to relax) so I recommend to all, you will never regret it !!!

Overall, not bad. But, the mattresses on the beds are not comfortable (double and different), noisy soundproofing leaves much to be desired. The restaurant is decent in principle. According to the criterion price quality is a good place to stay.

There is no internet in the rooms, although the price was not 850 UAH. The room is a good and normal restaurant where very good service. The hotel talks a little about the services they have. Overall good but everything needs to be checked.
