I wanted to exchange currency in this bank - the cashier immediately demanded a passport. After presenting the passport, she stated that there is no money in the cash department !!! The bank ... the central office ... and there are no 13,000 hryvnas in the box office !!! I offered to exchange less than the amount - I also received a categorical refusal !!! I have no words...

I wanted to exchange USD for the hryvnia. Presented a foreign passport. Ukrainian passport. It turned out that you can only with the internal. In addition, the exchange rate at the bank's branch office does not coincide with the real one in the branch. It's good that the birth certificate was not asked for.21 century, in the yard !!!!! Feedback refers to the management of the bank, the workers have no complaints!

Well, think first to open an account especially if you plan to import. Although the legislation has changed but not the rules of the bank.
