I never noticed the staff being rude to anyone. I have been served in this department more than once, the staff serves quickly and efficiently. They patiently explain everything if something is not clear. And queues do happen sometimes, but not because of the slow work of the staff, but because someone may have addressed a problem that is not solved so quickly. Therefore, you need to enter the position of others, because you can always find yourself in such a situation that a queue will appear behind you. Guys and girls, I wish you prosperity and patience in such hard work! Always stay so friendly, calm and humane!

Was 10/7/20. It was necessary to buy a starter pack for a colleague abroad. When buying a package, I was offered to put it on my phone right away. She refused, to which she received the answer that she still had to activate the package. To my answer that I can handle it myself, I objected that this is a rule of the store. This was the first thing I didn't like. Second, there were 2 consultants who were completely absorbed in communicating with their girlfriend rather than serving the client. Money from the cash register for change, they gave me pozhamkanie, at the request to issue a check, the two stood surprised and outraged, only on the third request I was given a check. When I told my friends, everyone said that there is a normal attitude and it is so constant.
