I was forced to abandon quality packaging at my own risk. But at the same time, I warned the operator and left a detailed description of the problem on the website of the carrier, where I indicated that the condition of the shipment that I send, even if the package was refused, lies entirely on them, and if problems arise, liability for damage to the cargo will be considered. if it is not possible to settle at the local level, the case will end in a lawsuit. My problem was solved by the deputy regional manager, a pleasant and understanding girl, having fully understood the situation, we reached a consensus in terms of packing - my cargo was transferred to another branch where it was packed properly, I re-signed the invoice at any convenient branch. Yes, I was ready to increase the cost of delivery services at the expense of packaging, but only through the administration was it possible to resolve this issue. When communicating with the branch operator, there was only one desire - to spit in his face for his manner of communication with clients, for his arrogance and frivolity. The cargo is currently delivered, received by the consignee, while the claims from him were not for the quality of the goods. I really hope that this case will not be ignored and the most radical measures will be taken on all the points that were indicated during the discussion period in my situation.
