I have a Google pixel phone, I came across the fact that it was necessary to replace the battery, the difficulty is that in order to get to the battery, you need to undermine the phone screen and inadvertently you can damage the display module, which costs up to UAH 3000 thousand. in Cherkasy, few people take it because you can stick to money, but some told me at all, suddenly the master breaks the display module, then the client pays, I fell into a sediment after hearing what I heard. By chance, I found this master who did everything right. In a word, a person knows his job, I really recommend it. The more he repairs any equipment and the prices are normal.

On Friday, 16.10.20, I turned to the "Mobile Doctor" with a request to repair the tablet on the same day (replacement of the USB input), to which I received the answer "we will try to do it on the same day and we will call you back". I call the next day at 12.00 to inquire about the repair, they answer "how they do it - they will call you back". I clarify - will you do it today? In response, "we will call you back, we have a lot of work." I will clarify again - will you do it today or not? (on Saturday I can still try to repair it elsewhere). To this, the master replied in an unhappy tone that he was removing my tablet from the order. I DO NOT ADVISE "MOBILE DOCTOR" FOR COOPERATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. If there is a lot of work, then why take the next product for repair and feed with promises.

Do not even think about giving anything here for repairs !!! "Master" Roma does not know how to talk with clients, initially he says one thing on the phone, on the second call with clarifications the price has already risen by 500 hryvnias, the terms are the same, a spare part comes, the next day you can come to pick it up. In fact, the spare part arrived the next day after being handed over for repair, after 3 days I called to ask when to come, I heard that we all want out of turn !!! When handing over for repairs, he did not say a word about any queue, while he himself announced the dates! Nobody pulled the tongue! In the end, he said that he no longer has the MOOD to do my repairs, I can come and pick it up. What I did, and I do not regret it, I gave it to another repair on the same day, took it the next day, and it is 700 hryvnia cheaper! So think before contacting here.
