Was at the gynecologist Krushinskaya Elena Yuzefivna. The appointment lasted 20 minutes (including ultrasound). The doctor was constantly on the phone. I understand everything, there may be an emergency call and so on. But still, keep a reception and at the same time correspond with someone ... The doctor spoke to me condescendingly, as if I were 13 years old. If there were any questions regarding the previous diagnosis, she made it clear that she was not going to look for information in my medical history now “come back in a few days with your notes or I will look at your history itself and then I will prescribe infertility treatment”. And the last phrase "oh, what are these reproductologists, come to me, I will look from the point of view of a gynecologist." I agree that the opinion of another specialist is good, I am always FOR it, but not when the doctor is completely unaware of my situation and medical history. And even more so he spoke about his colleagues in this clinic. Reception lasting 20 minutes + ultrasound for 1000 UAH and at the same time the doctor is on the phone and does not want to get acquainted with the medical history - raises questions. Regarding the complaint with which I turned: I received the diagnosis and treatment, thank you. But there was no desire to visit this doctor again. Special thanks to the girls at the reception and in the call center, they quickly found an empty seat as soon as they heard that I had an emergency.

Extremely incompetent call center: the operator does not know if the requested services are available, asks to call back the next day (STA?!?!). Okay, the next day the operator was also not very competent (they do not understand the names of the analyzes), but still managed to sign up after 30 minutes. The analysis is scheduled for 8, the department opened at exactly 8 - that is, you wait at the door (if, as a decent person, you arrived at 7:50). In the department, everyone was confused, as if they did not show who was enrolled in what. They tried to take blood instead of PCR. In the process (when she was half naked) it turned out that the clinic DOES NOT DO the required analysis. Of course, there was no simple human "sorry". They didn't even say goodbye. In short, the service and customer focus of a private clinic is below the plinth. UPDATE: called back, found out what happened. apologized. thanks

The first impression is excellent, but unfortunately, at the second consultation, the wrong diagnosis was made and sent for surgery! It's good that I decided to double-check with three more doctors and canceled the operation in this clinic. I can't advise!

We went to IVF for a long time. Somewhere from a lack of information, somewhere not from the competence of doctors, somewhere from fear, valuable time is wasted, but how good it is when the doctor-patient team coincides.
