Fresh flowers are +, this is where the pluses end. The price is very overpriced. Before sending, they send you a photo with a bouquet (HERE is the most interesting): they select the angle so that the buds seem huge. How upset I was when they brought some small fry. But paper for packaging a bouquet is not spared, yes. It feels like I paid for the paper. Alas, for this money I could order a more worthy bouquet from another company, I was led to your "photo reports" ... Oh yes, service is a separate Hell. It is impossible to get through, you have to call yourself. Even when I ordered it, waiting for an answer is unrealistic. They advise in such an unhappy tone, as if I owe you something. Perhaps I won't order more from you, it's not worth it.
