Disgusting service in the store on Pirogov and Gulliver !!!! I bought goods from them in Gulliver for 36,000 UAH. No discount card was offered. I came to Pirogov for toys the next day, asked how much the cards were given, they said from UAH 10,000, but they would only give them out in Gulliver, because I was shopping there. Since toys are not cheap, I went to Gulliver and got a card, bought some toys there, and made a discount on them. Back on the trail. Day on Pirogov, when buying toys they tell me your card is not active, we do not make a discount !!!! Go to Gulliver !!!! At the same time, speaking in such a tone, as if they are doing me a favor, that they serve me !!! I bought it without a discount and there is absolutely no desire to return to the store !!!! I haven't met such service for a long time !!!!

We were on New Year's shopping with my sister today. I accidentally broke the toy, immediately offered to pay, to which I received rudeness from the manager. When I made a comment that it was not very beautiful, in response I heard that it was not for me, and that I myself took it personally. No apologies followed, she behaved just awfully and very dismissively, although our check was UAH 14,000, and the cost of the toy was UAH 350. I paid 50%, although we all know perfectly well that according to the law I can not pay for anything and it is all written off as broken. But, apparently, there is no good attitude towards clients here. There is absolutely no desire to return.
