There are no complaints about doctors, but on the part of reception administrators, the attitude is worse than in the state. clinics. I came to the appointment on time, told which doctor I had come to, and then waited for an appointment for half an hour. No one even bothered to warn that the doctor was not at the clinic and she was late. Until I asked when the reception would start, the girls sat and discussed tomorrow's day off. After another 10 minutes, they said that the doctor would be there in about 15 minutes. They gave ridiculous excuses "I'm sorry, we didn't know." What exactly did they not know that the doctor was not there while the patient had been waiting for half an hour? The clinic values ​​the time of its doctors and sends several reminders about the appointment, but absolutely does not value its patients and their time. I did not wait for the doctor's appointment; there was no apology from the clinic and no attempts to correct the situation at all.

Review of the endocrinologist Teplya Elena Valerievna. The doctor is competent and tactful. Calmly answers questions, talks about the nature of the disease, possible risks, lucidly explains the further treatment plan. Doesn't ask anything that is irrelevant. The reception was as comfortable as possible. From the advantages of the clinic: the doctor was wearing a mask and the staff at the reception too. Of the minuses: although the clinic is located in the center, the building looks like it’s hard to believe that there could be a clinic there at all.

If the review was put separately for the clinic and for the doctors, a completely different picture would come out. Warm Elena, a wonderful endocrinologist! I went on recommendation and only for this reason remained to wait in the hall. Otherwise I would have left. The clinic looks like a remnant of the 90s, the girls-administrators are good, but they are clearly not qualified in their work. The clinic needs an upgrade and I strongly recommend that they take care of such specialists as the apple of the Oka!

Very good doctors, convenient location, you can almost always make an appointment with the right specialist as soon as possible. I work on Saturday, which is important! Please note that the clinic has moved, the marker on the map is in its old place!
