Record in the clinic for a surgical procedure. They say that a 30% deductible will have to be paid. After the operation, no one knows anything, it turns out no one has confirmed. The only question then is why to write in expensive blades to freeze during payment. This is not the first case It was similar with covid tests and treatment of inflammation. Tests said that the primary do only under the direction of a doctor. The doctor called them, they froze for a long time, as a result I did it at my own expense. After treatment, the doctor asked to be sent for another test. They replied that it would be secondary to me. Although they did not pay anything for the primary.

I want to sincerely thank UNIQA and the Savitar assistance group for the positive completion of my insured event (travel policy). The case was not easy, confusing, I won’t go into details, but thanks to the efforts of a professional team, the issue was successfully resolved. I would especially like to thank Elena Elizarova from UNIQA and Alexandra Khilkevich from the Savitar assisting group for their patience, correctness and kindness to an incompetent client. I know that they did not work alone, the team worked. Unfortunately, I do not know the names of others. I also want to appeal to potential tourists. During my life I have visited many countries, and nothing serious has happened to me. And this time, luck has changed me. If not for insurance, I would have remained disabled. Therefore, I advise everyone to insure and, of course, at UNIQA, it will not fail.

I had a chance to apply to the IC for an insured event of OSAGO for payment for mutual settlement (I am as the injured party). Overall, I was satisfied. The expert examined the car in detail and mentioned all the damages on all elements that were affected during the accident. The insurance premium was waiting for about a week. The sum insured was almost completely enough for repairs.
