I want to share my impression of working with Lexinvest. We planned to buy an apartment in Kiev, and we needed a developer check - is everything in order with the documents, with permits, we turned to LexInvest lawyers (found on the Internet), we were consulted by phone, we listened carefully to all our questions, we liked an integrated approach of lawyers, paid the money and we received a quick and high-quality response, everything was fine with the developer. We decided to still use the service - transaction support. I am glad that we took the second package, because the developer resisted very much and did not want to make any changes, but the lawyers made changes. Thanks to Natalia Yakuhno for professionalism, clarity in work and sensible advice.

Good day to all. we are very pleased with the lawyer who accompanied us on the purchase of new housing from the developer Natasha Yakukhno. found the company via the Internet, ordered a package of services check + deal. We went through all the ambiguities of the contract, stipulated the risks, made amendments to the contracts, the developer only turned out to be those who do not make any categorical concessions, pretend that they are negotiating, and then “push” the client (they heard . department :)). But they remembered us well that their raw contract by bones was dismantled. the deal was still concluded because all the necessary permissions were available, and we checked the database. if we still need legal assistance, we will contact first of all here.
