The nearest branch, but I try to bypass it, a very unpleasant operator who accepts parcels, always snorts something, always dissatisfied, does everything for a very long time. She asked for help since three parcels were lost, she did not understand at all what they wanted from her and did not help. Every time I visit this post I get nervous and promise myself to go to other branches.

The slowest branch of all the branches of Ukrposhta, in which I have ever been. On average, you need to wait 20 minutes to send a letter, although the flow is small. It's just that employees themselves are extremely slow and ineffective.

I sit in line for half an hour. A young lady prints something at one checkout. On the second stage, one person does not move at all. Now you need to go for a brand, then for scotch tape, then pick a million combinations in your nose to send 1 package. Who came up with this system. This is an inhuman establishment. Last time I came here.
