I constantly use the services of this department, always friendly, try to serve as soon as possible so as not to collect a large number of people. Special thanks to the head of the department, Lapteva Kristina, will always prompt and help, even when she is busy, if she sees the queue, she immediately sits at the cash register. once I came across the fact that one ticket office works (I arrived at lunchtime), but it's okay, I stayed for a couple of minutes longer, we are all people and everyone needs a rest and a lunch break. Thanks again for your robot !!!

I sent a parcel from Odessa to Kiev, in the morning, 12 .01. they said that in Kiev you can get on 01.13, but alas, it is better to have a new mail that still brings the parcel the next day.

If you have a choice, choose any other service and department. Endless waiting, eternal lines in which you can stand for hours. There is nothing for the client, there is no protocol for working with clients, which implies that Ukrposhta is interested in me, pathologically the same problems. If you value your time and nerves at least a little, choose another service, I will do so, there is no desire to use the services of Ukrposhta more.
