I can highly recommend. I have used the services of UA Realty to look for an apartment I could buy in the city centre. As a foreigner it is not always easy to understand the Ukrainian real estate market. Natali was able to show me a wide range of amazing options, she was always there to answer my questions in a very competent manner and to make me comfortable to go through the process. Apart from that, Eugene and Natali are very likable and very helpful with networking.

1- Sense of responsibility ,after service / sale is low 2- consideration to customer during marketing is good 3- follow up after service / business is low 4- follow up during doing business is good You Try to find customer , keep your customer during doing business , after business you forget your client. Seems , This is Ukrainian mentality. (In kievapp) Your staff and team are not trained on their job and weak . They are not enough active and try to be more relax in their job than be serious . On my side , I have not feeling that company is a organized company . For example who is top manager ???, who is after top manager ??? What is responsibility of people ? You are very active in website and is ok but not sufficient . My feeling is team try to be more relax in their job till Doing their duties and responsibilities on time and effectiveness . Distribution of information between staff is very low and weak . For example one subject should be informed to everybody in team and this is boring for clients.
